First find what IP host3 has, then reverse lookup the IP.

Host name: hosts3.com
IP address: 173.0.49.12

So you get this Datacenter informations (or atleast who owns the IP and who he got the VPS from ;) ):

Asking questions about the location of the data center is considered annoying? That is one of the first things a customer is interested in knowing before buying a server. Infact OP didn't swear at you or ask anything that is remotely off limits or annoying. You need some serious customer servicing training if you think that's annoying.

virpus offers $7 VPS's. No wonder why it's slow. At that price they have to overload the servers way too much to get a profit. It's a perfect example what you get when you buy a cheap VPS.
 
I run a private business Ill decide who I want to work with and what information I will give. If anyone doesnt like it take a hike to the next host. Where I host my billing system is not where I host a client.
