.mac its his right 100%, as i said it came in a really bad way, if i was him i would perhaps acted the same. i wouldn't reply "i wont tell you" but comming telling your hosting sucks and making faces over live chat for the owner is not really nice..

i sell stuff as well, when people cross a certain limit in dealing with me, i simply cut the whole deal off as later it will be hell if he encountered any minor problem. Eventually I will be putting more time than the whole deal worth.

summary: people should be more understanding especially for new and established hosting sites.

If he wants to get into serious business and professional he has to face the cruel reality,but yeah fine if he has so much traffic and he doesn't need my money thats cool. Could simply answer my question first and then refuse to sell it to me or find an excuse like "we are out of stock" that sounds more professional i think
 
Thanks for understanding tdsii You are the man, I am over 30 now been on the scene since the 9600 baud modem and I dont need to take shit or to deal with childish and annoying people. I decide who I will help or not. Us people over 30 don't put up with childish nonsense we are to old and to busy for it. So just be nice patient and considerate if you want services from us thats all I ask. 99% of the time there are no problems someone order, we deliver within 24 hours. I am just to busy for warezkiddies sorry. You need to be out of high school or act like it if you need our expert assistance.

Yeah gmaister I dont need someones money if all they will do is harass wine complain and misbehave I have plenty of civilized and mature clients whose parents taught them how to treat others. No i do not have to do anything. Especially not what you say. You have to face the reality that you need to grow up a bit.

oh LOL, I am dealing with neosward at the moment, lol. Doing some paid work for him.

I asked neosward if he is a 'he' or a 'she', I didn't get an answer... how funny is that.

P.S. I like his attitude by the way, all the straight forward-ness dripping away and pissing people off. Really a good one.

gmaister22 @ come on, if he acted straight forward right on your face, not necessarily means you gota take a cross on your face. People are different and you just ended up being confronted to a guy/girl with attitude you can't handle.
 
If you consider a client asking you a question annoying about your hosting then you need a serious reality check, seems like he barely even annoyed. It'd be different if he went on for days but you're denying a potential client information he should know.
