Wow you can make a screenshot and post it I m so proud of you. Did you learn that in computer class? Yes I can answer or not answer any question I like. I can refuse service to anyone I dont want as a customer. So can anyone else. If you dont like it go elsewhere people.
 
What's the problem of telling us what DC are you with? The customer has every right to know information like that.

I'm tired of kids like yourself. You're running a company yet you can't even spell. Pathetic.

Yes he was annoying me at 4am in msn and I was tired thats all. He needs to learn some manners. No I may not spell correctly always cause there is no spell check and I am not writing an english paper. Some people do not work well together and if I feel a customer will be an annoyance and not have manners I offer them to go elsewhere I didnt insult him or do anything wrong. Plenty of other companies who can tolerate annoying behaviours and children under 18 but I am not one of them. On an official sales ticket I may have been in a better mood.

Yes i had to make sure that if i would buy from him , my site wouldn't load at that speed, makes sense right?


neosward, yout always have to be in a good mood when it comes to customers, if you dont want my money thats fine, kinda weird though thats why i posted it

1. If you're online in msn, it doesn't matter if it is 4am or 3 pm, online means available.

2. Yes, you do have to spell english right if you want to mantain a professional bussiness.

gmaister has every right to know which DC will he be located at. That's not being annoying.
 
Ill decide how to run my business and who I would like to offer my time and help to and when. Just being online doesnt mean i am obligated to answer or be in the mood to sell.The vps where my billing system is at is different than where I host offshore vps. We brand the IP to our name to protect our DC name. I am not going to discuss why we do it that way but we have our own reasons. I would suggest anyone who does not like that please find a more touchy feely hold your hand and kiss your butt kind of hosting company.

I have no further comment.
