I think you do not have any understanding about SEO. It doesn't matter what file extension it is, it maybe .html, .php, .asp or whatever. Content is the thing that matter. Google analyses your content the file contain to rank your site. You are free to make your own site in any language.

It does not make any difference, search engine spiders read well all popular web languages.
