You are wrong. fooget use xfilesharing script while fs, fj and uploadstation has custom script.

Just check their layout, same as fileserve, and yes they forgot to edit fileserve in their TOS, but now they have changed it. I think RickyFs read about his mistake here and corrected it.

From what I seen most newish filehosts copied rules, earning tables, TOS etc either from Filesonic or Fileserve... it's just that most didn't forget to change their name )
