Currently, we do not support other hosts links. Only direct URL for the file works on URL upload.

We have double checked from multiple devices in multiple regions, it very weird that you only encountered the issue. Also it is very hard for us to debug the bug if we do not encounter in our end.

You can try uploading another video to test if the error message shows up again for you or not. Sorry for the trouble.
