Maybe your video codec is the problem problem. Try with some generic sample video. (just an idea)

--> We have no conversion issues. But sometimes some users upload more than 30.000-50.000 movies per day. Then the queue is very long

Maybe one should not tolerate such an excessive usage of your service.

All other users have to wait for days or even weeks for their videos to be converted.
Thanks BTW for the "news" in the conversion queue saying how long it will approx. take until conversion starts.

I wonder how those uploaders want to publish those thousands of vids they upload properly??
