i have been using a vB for a while, go ahead and tell us your problem, i am sure one of us can help you with it.
hmm interesting first of all please do not double post, and second of all, what is the url of your site, post it here so we can take a look at it.
Could you please give me an administrator account with access to vbulletin options and styles & templates.
Image verification probably isn't working because your host doesn't have GD enabled,
I recommend using a different human verification such as the "Questions & Answer" verification.

1. Since it look like a navigation that was coded by yourself or someone else you forgot to add the javascript to the "header" template that's why it isn't working.
2. have you uploaded all the images to your FTP make sure you have a folder called regimages or something similar.

Like Jet.HaCkR said its better if he gets admin access that way he can add the coding you left out or see what the problem is but im pretty sure that you did not add the correct java coding for the drop down menu to appear.
EDIT: you might wanna not tell everyone that you still have the installation folder active
there are alot of people that might take advantage of that.
