Yes .. better try contacting their sales dept. any email any phone number and ask for refund , you may locate their representative in this forum so you can let him know this issue too.
 
Hey all,

I've a package on firsthosting and I am not satisfied, they do not respond to my message on msn, they do not answer my tickets and it seems they're site is down.

When they did answered my tickets in the beginning when I asked for a refund, they wouldn't want to give me a refund. So I've lost aroun $20.00 to their scamming services.

- lack of support.
- they do not follow their own terms.
- they refuse to give a refund even with 30-day money back guarantee.


I sure hope they don't have automatic billing, becaus then I am scr*wed.

One other thing, I can't log in to my cpanel there, because of attemps of brute forcing, and they can't solve it!

I hope everyone reads this and will NEVER GO TO FIRSTHOSTING.US!!!

UPDATE: a new staff has responded, however he can't do anything, so he/she is going to add a note to whitelist my IP.. hope it won't take 24h...


If you would've check there terms of services it's fully copied from myresellerhome.com. I recommend you taken a screenshot of it in opening up a dispute with the Payment processors you used to order there services with.
