Firefox 4 Beta 1 released

Some of you may remember dlows topic about firefox 4 alpha well the first beta is out now

Their have been so many improvements of the ui and backend

So why not give it a try you wont be disappointed trust me its blazing fast

(not my screen shot i only use linux and their haven't really been much visual changes for the linux release)

Thanks shadow for the info, I am waiting to see what is going to be compatible with it before I upgrade. I have a ton of addons that I want to keep.

HAHA! The main objection i had with FF since chromes creation was the tab setup which now they seem to have replicated. :)
 
Np yea thats the only downside my addons are slowly updating will still be awhile before they are all compatible adblock works fine so im happy :P

Edit: @Mus yea that was something im not a fan of the tabs being on top you can move them back to where they were with about 3 clicks but i dont see why they are following in chromes footsteps on that one
 
Took me a while to get use to the Chrome tabs being higher up but hey ho as long as it is faster I ain't assed.

Yeap, the new tab placement will really help. I switched back to FF a couple of weeks ago (from Chrome) because Chrome was giving me crap on login pages or pages with cookies...
