Try and look at the bigger picture.

Files were deleted because of complaints about your files (many complaints).
We asked you for detailed information regarding your account so that we could pay you. You didn`t provide this.
And because YOU decided to delete all your other files and you was unable to provide any information about your traffic/files/sources, we are a scam host in your eyes.

Would be laughable except it`s a serious accusation and one we take great offence to.
 
GreenParty, Poland was already added to tier 2.

We have some issues with our provider which we are ironing out. We will have the site back online asap.

Upload is very good .... download for free users to 3,6mb/s it's very good, but 200MB to 500MB for the unregistered and registered user is not enough ...... please let me know on PM how you increase this to 800mb or 1024mb for unregister user. Then I start to work with you :)

Thanks for your interest in using our program GreenParty. The unregistered/registered limits that you wish to increase are remaining as they are for now.

You certainly would not be credited with 20 downloads. We permit a few instances with the same IP over a 24 hour period. This subject has already been covered on a couple of occasions in this thread.
