Rules & Conditions
1. We pay you 30 % from the earnings earned from referral affiliates. This is the highest earnings you can find on File Hosting Sites.
2. We count every download even premium downloads. We count one unique download from an unique IP every 240 minutes.
3. After you earn 15 $ you can request a Payout *
4. Payouts are done every Monday automaticly (UTC +8:00)
5. We pay to PayPal and Moneybooker Accounts, you can choose and change this at the settings.
6. Minimum 10MB file / Smaller files will not be counted paid.
7. Detect ip to attack will ban account

I don't like when person responsible for support cant talk English properly... That doesn't seem very reliable and convincing.
And moneybooker deal is suspicious since you are new hosting company and they probably dont know yet who are they dealing with, since they already turned down some file hosting companies who do have some Rep
 
I see people are aggressive , however a try wouldn't hurt , the only fear that you may steal my user & password and try in hotfile or fileserve or any other paying host , that became usual these shitty days
