Please Only these files will be deleted that not get the downloads with 30 days. We are Working hard to run the site without errors So We need little support from your side Please make sure your files must be downloads 1 time in 30 days. Thanks hope you understand

There newer was. It was permanent until they have no storage available. Then they are deleting everything. And that happen all the time.
It is not serious filehoster, it is a joke for 12yo kids from Pakistan and India who spam internet with links and earn 35 USD/month, don't give a shit if files are deleted after 2 days.
If you have blogs, sites, forums and you care for your users, run away from filespayout.
And btw, they are hardly shaving downloads.
