I have no idea what's going on, but it's very clear that something is happening. Are downloads counted once every 24 hours or twice?

If I reach the payment threshold and get paid, I will stop working with this site.

As i already said We are fear about the Counting. we are Count 2 for 24 hours. as for today we are installed New servers that is why may be Count is stop for a while do,t worry we will add the payment for all users on payout. Secondly I you can,t working with us No issue dear. you are free you can upload your files where you want. we are always here for help.
