i certainly hope you will remove this file size limit for downloading by free users. most people prefer to download single file or atmost 2 files, rather than downloading lots of small parts and then merging them. people who cant afford to download large files, may not be able to afford premium also! 8-)

Dear FileSonic,
Most of us using their FileSonic Account in shared Rapidleech provided by lots of RL providers. Some of them are genuine and some of them are not!
After entering our premium account, it becomes more vulenerable and may hacked by those damn thieves.
It will be more secure if a security code/ e-mail confirmation is added while changing payment information/ mail-id or password in account settings.

At last but not least, from the security point of view, FileSonic must have some tight security while changing owner's information.

Waiting to enter into a secured FileSonic Zone.

well, I can't say you are not trying to do your best, your support is one of best I dealed with.

suggested before to edjy via icq, API would be nice (even I managed to do what I wanted without it so no rush), pending ftp queue (files uploaded but not converted yet) would be nice too.

because you looked good, promising and I liked your individual attitude

definitely. more users, more downloads, more customers therefore people getting used to site and buying longer premium memberships.

Why not adding the number of download and the number of sales made when you select links in the manager or in a folder?

As I'm on PPS, I can't figure out how many download I made since I've started (I mean in stats page) so earlier today I spent 30 minutes calculating my number of downloads manually.
Man, that was so looong & boooring!

Anyway, I think you got the point, even if it's a pointless thing please consider, one day, both ways (showing sales/DLs in the manager when links are selected and/or showing the DLs in the stats page).

It would help many of us and that would be B-).

Why do you like FileSonic?
After work with some services, i found Filesonic in WJ, today i make like 20 uploads by day in my site to Filesonic, the new is great, the best option in fileserve premium is the file in 5gb.What can we do to improve our services?
I need say, the brazilian guys have one of more powerfull sites and users sharing links, but in all filehosts we stay in line "C" or "D" for payments, one better ranking is good, like germany.
Why did you choose FileSonic?
Today all sites is like the same problem and advantage, but in my vps the upload via ftp to filesonic is incredible, the real status update is really good too.Would you refer users to FileSonic?
i go put one link in my site, for all users can see this great company.

It's not possible to have this option because filesonic would be banned from forums. Only the files bigger than 400MB are premium only :)

But You can see in the snap that I have selected the file is larger than 1GB..... Still Premium Only says No..... Why?
