Filesonic - embed video previews?

just a quick question about the video previews FileSonic lets you create for your files.

If you create one they appear on the download page of your file.

I want to know if its possible to grab that video preview and put it on your website?? ie instead of relying on static screen cap pictures for previews on forums etc.

filesonic do not directly support this, but what you could do is abuse the <iframe> tag, make the iframe the same size as the video and set the position on the page as where the video preview is. this should work though i'm pretty sure filesonic don't want you to do this

Thats a cunning plan. I wouln't of thought of that. If its other peoples files being gobled up by my bot theres not much they could do about it!

i can think of two ways to do this

1> download the preview file and upload it on your server. then embed this into your website.

2>check the source code of the page to find the link to the preview vidoe. embed this link into your websites video object.
