I try not twice. No sure how many but more than 4 for sure but still got same server and same corrupt files ZERO kb again and again. Kind of boring, and also check trash other files join too. All corrupt

I am so dishearted with filesonic. Now I find more and more of my uploaded files corrupted. All my hard uploading work this weekend was useless. I lost so many files due to corruption. I am really dissapointed. Do not know what to do!

Yeah, It even worst if not keep softcopy of files on the computer and already delete it on personal server due space problem. Really hard to find back those files.
That I told Hish, how company to invest money to your host if files keep corrupt. Filehost use to keep backup files. What if backup files corrupt ? Where to find those files ?.

Try to download them. Zero byte files appear correct size at filemanager but when you try to download them you can not. Yu get a zero byte size file.

Which method do you guys use to upload?
I have not seen or heard about any 0 byte files.
I am using the EU FTP server.

correct EU FTP server mainly but remote upload as well....
Its not obvious to the eyes as files seem ok in the file manager. They just cannot be downloaded!
You may notice the problem very soon. I noiced about when users in a forum sent me pm about.
I did not know about it also!

Try to rename it.
Maybe all the special characters you are using fucks the system up.
You are using "{}" + "," probably not a good idea.

Oooh its a .part15 file?
All the other parts working?

Symbols do not affect the system as here is part 14 of the collection and the file is downloadable and 100% working.

For a very srange reason more and more links that were previous working 100% are corrupted daily!
But as you see here if one part of the collection is broken all other uploads are useless. and need uploading again from the beginning. This is a catastrophy for every uploader.

I agree. Delete 1 part = delete all parts.
Some files uploaded 1-6 months ago. How to re-upload only 1 part if all backup files deleted ?

Same here:
-More and more files appear as a 0kb file when downloaded by people while it seems ok in file manager.
-Since I had this issue I use the link checker for every upload, but even when it says its available I received pm telling me some files are 0 kb .
-With link checker its very unstable, checked the same 20 links several times within 5 minutes but each times the result is different , some files not available but then available etc ...
-The corruption issue for links taht worked perfectly before ( some of these files were download hundred of times ) and of course the copy of these files appear as corrupted too.
This is just a catastrophe for uploaders, like lot of uploaders I cant keep all files on my computer, after I uploaded it I delete it from my PC so cant even reup the files that appear corrupted or 0 kb.
Because of these recurrent issue I have been permanantly banned from one of my main forum because they think I post "fake" files repeatedly (hope they will unbanned me as this is a general issue)
PLZ filesonic solve this issue ASAP
Plz focus on real problem instead of giving us promo or other "useless" changes, you should remove some features and make sure that all the main services are stable.
Currently its just impossible to work with filesonic.
Works perfectly from filesonic to fileserve so I think should be the same from filerve to Filsonic
