We are well aware that the issues continue to persist. It is unfortunate that these issues continued into a crucial uploading time - the weekend - but some are more stubborn than others, and the influx in files is difficult to forecast.
New servers are being readied to be installed in the very-near future, and we are working as hard as we can to fix these issues to ensure the quality of service you have all come to expect from Filesonic as your filehost of choice, which you've helped turn into the number 1 choice for affiliates!
File deletion - as I had mentioned, we had not been aggressively enforcing our 30 day policy on free users files, but in light of the issues, we had to begin enforcing them. This accounts for a large amount of the files which have been deleted. There was a glitch which had been removing files NOT scheduled for deletion, but we identified it and those files have been restored.
