I really don't understand and hope you can resolve my case and re-instate my account.

Do not write your personal data in public, send them a private message to Hish.

I sent Hish a pm last night, but no reply, perhaps i'm being impatient.

I'm unsure of how to raise a ticket when I can't log into fsc.

I am also assuming it's not a server issue since I can still download other peoples links, and also I am the only one on wj with this issue.

I'm really disheartened and am starting to think fsc delete accounts that are earning more than they are bringing in for filesonic (makes alot of effing sense, especially business wise). Business is business, and they hold the power.

I am sure you are a very respected person both here and on fsc, and with all due respect could you not ignore my rhetoric at your claims.

You made serious accuasations against me and I am asking that you either retract them or confirm that the content of my filesonic files via my blog are illegal.

If you reconsider and retract, all I ask is that my account is re-instated.
If you don't, then, well that's just a shame you think so when it's there for all to see.

Please notice my blog is still up Hish!

if mrbags's blog has young teen movies, you must hunt all posts in his blog
in google and close all accounts belongs to SAME FILES

hotfileindex, xxxfile are the most popular portals have most of SAME movies (very young teen girls)
if these movies are underage, accounts of these portals must be checked and closed.

Come on man, you "bet" they are? Just because they look young doesn't mean they are underage.

And considering I pulled them off other popular websites, begs the question then, why aren't they pulled offline for "illegal material", that says alot!
 
Hentai is very sensitive subject too, cause its legal in JAPAN but most movie or pics
sex with OLD mand with kids or very young boys and girls. its very difficult to be sure
to share them. Very dangerous for REMOTE uploaders, cause u can not be sure WTF
are in those packed files. I was planning to share hentai, even if I selected them one by one, I gave up sharing to prevent war between HISH and me.
 
Because other people posts the same stuff, doesnt make it right.
Maybe someone complained about your blog and Hish didnt like what he saw.

FileSonic has no obligation to track everyone down.

like I said it's because I was earning more for myself than I was making for filesonic!

Funny hish went offline when I challenged his reasons and posted my proof.

Very "professional.

And cause he's so decent and well respected, his minions will back him and take his word as gospel.

Fact is he scammed me for sign-ups with my "illegal" content, and has probably done the same to others...and touted the same lies, it's a blatant tactic to get others to feel that the ban was justified, however in my case it isn't.
 
If mrbags has underage content, wouldn't blogger be the first one to ban his blog rather than filesonic? And to the one who would have reported Mrbags blog containing underage stuff, that person would report to blogger and not to filesonic. It is kinda weird that mrbags got banned in filesonic.
