filesharing is the same as warez?

If I were to make a warez forum you think that filesharing is the same as warez or filesharing is more like BitTorrent, Usenet, NZB and Others?

Do you even know what the word "warez" even means? It refers to the copyrighted material that is distributed by illegal means. That includes (but not limited to) p2p, "free" filehosts, NZB, FTP.
