They count all, even multi downloads same IP within 24 hours (but max earn from one IP: $1)
Only some problem with their system management.

its great that they count all downloads till 1 dollar from one person
and i totally agree bro ,they have many things to update and fix at the site
for example i cant upload today :(
 
for all users all this prob will end tomorrow couz we moving all servers "it`s over 150k files"
we want to keep it safe we are sorry for this prob

please also update earning reports like from where and how much(earning reports)
