me too but i found my money again
make money > my earning > on the left side you will see your money in ( download & refferals )

Fileserve have some bug or so in their system due to recent system change and they said clearly in news section that all earnings as of 7th October will be delayed

theres always a glitch... its either no money or no files. keep in mind that FS is still pretty new and they are working on improving daily. this is just one of the things that happen.
