There is a problem with FS,low download speed and low upload speed.

and stat also frozen now.
Current upload speed: 0-12 Kb/s. I can't understand why soo many think it's a good idea too use this. I'm a Premium user why can't I get a better service? I'm a very forgiven person and will try too upload my files again before I go to sleep.
 
Yeah, I cant remote upload any of my fileserve links... It's either extremely slow (1-2 kbs/sec) or just times out completely and I get a "Error: File download failed:500 Internal Server Error" message.

And dl speed is like at 100kb (as a premium member)...

S*** happens but I hope this improves soon.

I just uploaded now some files with max speed. Ricky already told you, who complain about speeds, to tell you where are you uploading from, and to give him some information.
The problems isn't for everybody, so he needs to know what to fix.

am i right or not all dl's are counting? looks so...

Ricky can fix your specific upload issue guys, so he made for me, i had hard time with fs, but now upload is really good, just provide him info without tears- it will work better :)
 
FileServe is very slow.I need to wait 1min and 17s to open filemanager..Upload speed is suck.Download speed is suck.Remote have PENDING all the time..and i need to pay 10$ (1month premium) for nothing...wtf...
 
Twink, probably not. I've been having the same problems all day with remote uploading to a different site than you.

It's probably just some issue on Fileserve's end in connection to the slow download speeds and the slow file manager.
 
I hope someone helps me to understand: time ago I was used to RU from netload and filefactory to FServe. Now RU from netload are thrown into Failed Uploads section, while filefactory ones (after clicking start button) are denied because

until few days ago all RU were working fast and easy (of course in rush hours they were taking a little more time, but all were successful).

Anyone can tell what happens, please?
 
I'm in contact with the author of the zoom File Uploader as I have the same issue. He live in czech EU and is properly sleeping now. I have send him a error report and hopefully he'll be able too make an update tomorrow that should address the connection issue.

Btw. The dev. team behind Fileserve most have done some smart code optimizing. Now the File Manager is faster and more responsive than it has ever been. Thanks Ricky :)

I still miss the ability too clean-up my failed upload tab as I was able too before Friday.

How hard can it be too bring back the "Select / Deselect all" and "Delete" buttons in the Failed Uploads tab. Please fix that little bug so I'm able too clean my failed uploads again.

@ twinkle1452: We know. That was taken away when we rolled out with new Remote version (not working perfectly as seen by the complaints). We will find a solution to be able to clear this for you.

@ Tyler: Making adjustments on our end to make it quicker.

@ Dj.IcE: Stats look fine for yesterday. Download and upload speed are working fine. No issues when I test (just now). Please paste me a link that you find slow.

@ all: We got 350 days of sunshine. We got 15 days of thunder and shitty weather...But some of you just focus on this. Take a deep breathe while we make the adjustments so we can take on more people and provide a better service.
