@ makfun: The rapidleech which was provided by Scudmis in here seems to be working fine. Can you confirm this?

@RickyFS -> I am using my own Rapidleech...It is working fine for FileSonic, Wupload, Rapidshare Etc.....But FileServe File is pending for many many hours
 
Ricky, I thought remote upload from RS is fast most of the time, now 10 files i put in, only 3-4 are fast (~5mins) and the rest takes ages to show up, some even 3-4 hours later. Please find out whats wrong with it. From what i see so far, some files is being downloaded from RS to FS just fine as i can see the download counter of the file going up in my RS account, but the uploading part of it to the FS account is slow since it takes more than an hour for the file to appear in the acocunt while others just remain pending in RU queue for a really long time (download counter of file didn't go up).

Ricky, I am uploading from more than 1 year with Fileserve. Now my space is going 400+ GB So it will be full soon. I dont use Premium account at all for download. I use only Private Tracke,r it feeds all my needs. So I only Need space for upload more after few months. Fileserve Premium cost 9.99 per month but its waste for me as I dont use download from premium account. Can't you offer space only for uploader or Premium account on discount for affiliates as you are charging same from affiliates like u charge normal downloaders. If u have probloem with charging less with affiliates (reason some affiliated just abuse by downloading on VPS) then u can offer Limited premium account to us like allow download 1-5 GB per day only or something like this.
 
Hi RickyFS,

Over the last couple of weeks your upload process is riddled with problems. Remote uploading directly from my VPS will always leave about 10% of the files in a permanently 'pending' state. FTP uploading will often leave 1 or 2 files in a permanently 'pending' state. By permanently, I mean longer than 24 hours at which point I just give up, delete the pending file(s) and try again. This as a very tedious process having to babysit ones uploads.

On top of this, every upload batch I do leaves some files unable to be copied within the FS file manager. I've told you about this months ago and you commented about what a minor inconvenience you thought this was - the problem still remains to this day.

Can FS please address these issues? These features are fundamental to your core business and need to be treated seriously. If you think the copy feature is not that important, I urge you to re-think that as it is one of the features that separate you from the competition.

EDIT: further proof your upload processing is flawed, just today one file went from an FTP pending state to showing up with three copies in 'my files'. That means it copied my uploaded file twice and some other files it chooses to leave hanging in a perpetual pending state.

Finally found why the earnings went down. seems like if someone download from fsdndm either they can't connect or download is slow and incomplete

any fix on that?

@ dsafari: We will have an improvement on FTP as well next week; hopefully the duplicate issue should be rectified by then.

For the copy of files, we will look into it again. An username in my inbox would be useful :)

-Reports from your friends on files you have given to them that were downloading but broke please note down:
1. Link of the file
2. A screenshot would be very good!
3. Time on FS' website this occured

With all the complaints given on this, we need some substantial "content" to it.
