@ stavrischr: Unfortunately, we cannot send emails out everytime someone logs into your account and it is a different IP. What we can do is soon to offer 'last login from: <ip>'. That will be our best way of 'telling' you someone accessed your account.
The issue here is that we do not know whether it is intentional or not.
