User disabled!

Hello, when I am trying to login to my account it doesn't allow me.
It returns a "User disabled!" message. Why?

@ all: Stats should be all up to date in around 6 hours.

So, when I request payout, will those missing $ be counted in payout or not?


And btw, where is transfer button? O.o
 
@ pakman: Yes

@ mrrinmoy: Approval process to Payout will start as soon as the Transfer Button is back and stats are up to date.

@ stavrischr: Sharing account is a violation of our Terms.

@ cvrle77: The money will be there when we have updated our stats completely. When that happens the Transfer button will be back.

That is why it was taken away since the stats were NOT up to date.

I have never shared my username and password. My account was disabled and I cannot understand why. I have never shared my details.

Thank you for your fast response. I live in UK by the way for the past 3 years and I never used my account in any other country. I use 11 characters password. I know that it is not your responsibility to secure my account, but I never received an email from you saying that my account was accessed from different locations.
 
@ stavrischr: Unfortunately, we cannot send emails out everytime someone logs into your account and it is a different IP. What we can do is soon to offer 'last login from: <ip>'. That will be our best way of 'telling' you someone accessed your account.

The issue here is that we do not know whether it is intentional or not.

My message serves as an information of why you were banned, and not a solution to how you can be unbanned.

@ demigod1512: Yes, I think acct. department made a mistake of not including everyone in last payout. This has been corrected as you see.

@ all: Stats should soon be back to normal and button will return asap

What I have to do for my account to be unbanned? How I can prove that I didn't share my details?

I was finishing downloading, and I didn't keep that links. = =" Next time if I got slow downloading from any links I will come back with those links and ask you to help checking them out.

I dont see how can anyone ask about the transfer button when the answer has been provided several times. Just do a search of your inquiry before you ask.

Thats a good question since sometimes I may use a different connection to login or be in another city while logging in.
 
@RickyFS: How can you say if I live in Singapore and used VPS server at US to download FS link and then upload the file to your server. I'm still open FS at my home. It will show Singapore and US as favourite destination, right? So is it mean "sharing account"? I think most poster/leecher work with FS do the same way! :)
 
@ tre2k3: There is nothing in question about this individual since he's been downloading & leeching from several continents simultaneously or within a short period of time. How do you explain traveling from US to UK to Indonesia in a few hours (back in forth)?
