@ WSM2011: Just got it confirmed from a BT + TalkTalk user (both in London [1 in central, 1 in outskirts]) that there's no problem for their Premium user.

Try to change your password, logout, clear your cookies login again and give it a go.

@Ricky, What's wrong with fileserve "my files"? I have not been able to access the my files for 2 days now. It just keep loading and loading forever. Even I have uploaded some new files successfully but still the my files keep loading..... Pls kindly fix it. Thks

@ stbooks: Nothing to fix. If you're in China, you're literally doomed. The Great Firewall put a block to file-manager.php and download, including premium users.

@Ricky, thanks for your quick response. I think I found out the problem. I used firefox and since yesterday it won't allow me to open the my files in fileserve. Don't know why. However, I now use google chrome and the files open very quickly and swiftly. At least it solve my problem. :P
