RickyFS i have a problem with money transfering i have a paypal account but when i transfered the money i have chosen webmoney by mistake and i dont have a webmoney account then my FS email adress have been changed to an other one how can i get my money now ?? so please help me ?? and what should i do ?? i have send u my Fs account name :(
 
your email and paypal are probably hacked too. happened to me before :'( good thing Ricky helped me a lot on that :) now I'm staying away from VIRUS stuffs =)

@ kkkzzz: PM me the transaction ID and your current username.

@ zoubair1990: I see what your PM was about. Is this the first time you're getting hacked? You need to message support so we can note down and check your username.
 
my paypal account is not hacked cause this is the first time that i get payed but the probleme is that the money was send to webmoney and i do not have a webmoney account i have webmoney payment account number but i dont know what to do with it

u should fix download counter...allways miss downloads...i will wait till tomorrow..but example

today uploaded 15 files and 500-600 downloads from today and only 207counted...

i talked with my friends..and they have problems with this too..
so..is too wird that 1 ip download a lot times all my downloads..it imposible..i know reason...but never mind..maybe it is my mistake..but i will wait till tomorrow so..i guess you sholud look into!
 
The problem I have with fsdndm is that my rapidleech server cant connect to it....and it seems like 75% of my files are on it. I have to download to my computer then re-up.....royal pain in the arse.

And talking of which, when did the FS subscriptions change from euros to proper English pounds? The US get 6 months for £21 but I have to pay £35 ($57)....seriously, wtf is that about?

It has been mentioned again and again, there is nothing wrong with the download numbers in the file manager.

Look at the bottom and you'll see this

*This is the count for total non-unique downloads.

Non Unique= Multiple Premium Downloads, Failed Downloads etc etc

I PM'ed you my "transaction id" and my "current username" (the one I've been using), would you help me further please.

hi Ricky,

although I am premium user, I still keep encountering this problem when copying files (uploading is ok). FYI, I have just renewed my premium 2 days ago. I did use "contact us" but have no responses so far

@ Wyk88: Nothing wrong with the download counter. Always been like that. It isn't a problem and it is not a bug.

@ ARGHHH: I'm guessing you're talking about download from fsdndm? How do you download from wwwstatic.mu.com ?

Yep, still got the problem with connecting to / downloading from the fsdndm server. My RL always returns a 'cannot connect on port 80' error. Other FS servers are fine, its just that one.
