@ andrew: Zipping your own files with our fileformat and uploading it :) We thought it would be useful for people to zip their files instead of rar'ing.

@ mohammed: Already in the mix of getting it done. Techs are working on another high priority issue which is the 404.

@ chicoes: I won't reveal what you need to do in order to not be detected in case you do have anything else on your mind but being legit with our service :)
 
Well, that was really not my intention, but i guess you wont take my word for that. From your answer to me, it seems like i cant use my premium account anywhere in the world and i am limited to use it only in my country with the same IP all the time? whats the point then.. i purchased a VPS so i can download faster. Not everyone are trying to cheat and manipulate.. some people are legit

Do you want me to pm you the IP addess of my VPS and the name of the company i purchased it from? Whatever can prove that im not trying manipulate' ill do that

The unofficial 'rule' is:
Do not download from 2 places at the same time.

And for your own sake... do not download from 3-4 or more IPs originating from different parts of the world.
 
Need some help:i recently changed my login password,and from then i`m unable to upload via ftp.browser upload works well,but ftp is preferred.i tried regenerating the password for ftp,but still get the same error.the ftp log is as follows.

Code: 
Response:    220 Fileserve FTP Server
Command:    USER username
Response:    331 Password required for 'username'
Command:    PASS *********
Response:    530 Login incorrect.
Error:    Critical error
Error:    Could not connect to server
and i`m pretty damn sure i`m entering the right password,both before and after regeneration coz i`m just copy/pasting from browser.any help ricky or anyone else for that matter.and yeah,its been almost 24hrs after each step,ie around 48 hrs since the problem started

@ andrew: It will zip your file and then upload it to your account. Let me know if there's any issues with it. We will be running this for a little bit before implementing into our fileservemanager.

@ Rock: Probably this week.
 
I have big problems remoting files from Netload to Fileserve in the last few days/weeks.
30-50% of the links of each set I insert fail. Nearly nothing fails when I download with my VPS (maybe 15 out of 900).


(And having to log in every few minutes sucks.)

Same. :(

but remember netload had some problems early on. but it still not remoting all the links after netload problems were sorted.

STEPS you have to do to get paid:

"In order to get paid, you must first transfer money from your earnings account."

1. At Earnings Account: fileserve.com/my-earnings-downloads.php
press "Transfer to Payout Account" button
BEFORE 11:59PM EST [FS time] on any Sunday. Help at time zones: worldtimezone.com/index24.php

2. Wait until your money transfered
from your Earnings Account
to your Payout Account
and the transfer becomes approved.
Might take a day or two. -> Monday or Tuesday

3. After that at Payout Account: fileserve.com/my-earnings.php
press "Payout" button.

4. Wait until you get your money.
You get paid on Wednesday at the latest.
Mass Payment = Wednesday 6-7AM EST [FS time]. Help at time zones: worldtimezone.com/index24.php

@ Rock: Check the time on top of our page. 3-4AM EST on a Tuesday is usually the cut off time for everyone. If you have requested payout after this time your payment will probably still be pending and not approved.
