@ Resident: Might retry it. During these working hours, we update/test/fix the site, so instability may occur.

@ shanjan: If it is in Payable and it is pending you will soon be approved. Please wait.
 
@ techdaemon: If both of them are "pending" right now I'm confident you will be getting them.

And no I don't do anything about it since it isn't my department/job to do so.

This leads me to the next point:
-All inquiries by PM on "why is my money still pending" are ignored. I will not check nor ask anyone at acct. dept. to check on you.
 
One is pending uder payment account and another is pending under earnings account. :( Can I contact someone from the acct. dept. just in case?

I clicked the transfer to payout account button on sunday just FYI, :) and it is still pending till now.

No there's a reason why we don't give out their contacts...and that is to deal with emails from users.

eBay doesn't give out their phone number unless you're a silver+ seller.
 
Important announcement for MU remote:
Some of you may have had your files stuck at times, for a shorter or longer period of time. That problem/issue has now been fixed. You do not need to reschedule your files, but if they are still pending in the next couple of hours, it would be recommendable to reschedule them.

It's being very unprofessional of you not to do that because the e-mail support from FileServe takes ages to reply as well. The host could be good but without support, it could be a big turn off. It would be nice if FileServe could do something about their support.
 
I do not totally agree.

If 95% of the emails support receives has the same topic as the posts in this thread: "IT itZ mondaYS - WHY HAVE I GOT NOT PAID YET?" - I do not blame support for being slow or not answering.

I bet only like 5% has legitimate reasons to contact support.

Sucks to be among the 5% when the 95% f*** up the system.
 
@ ItsmYarD: Undoubtedly for this issue. I already answered the question in this topic. I don't provide special service for people who can PM me on this board regarding their PENDING payment. Not my job.

The support staff are working the mandatory working hours set forth. Neither they, or I can bump you in front of everyone else.

This issue has nothing to do with support. If you have already been paid once you'd know the procedure. If you haven't I'd grant you a wild card and refer you to my signature.
 
It's not just about the payment issue Ricky, I was just saying in general. For example, I had contacted you regarding the IP issue and you said you didn't know about the IP and I was like it's alright cause it's not his job anyway so I went to FS, sent a support request, no answer. A month later you answer me giving me the reason.
 
@ ItsmYarD: Your VPS/RDP getting banned for knocking? I did request it, but I was not reminded, so it goes in the "forgotten corner". I don't check much into support because they can handle the issues. They do however tend to not check replies that was done by me, hence, you would have received the answer later than expected.

There is nothing in news or anywhere else about this ?

i know you sent payments on wednesday but when it will transfer to payout account and when i request for payout

usually it took one day to transfer to payout account thats why i am worried

Well Ricky, I had sent ya a PM I guess a day later asking you what happened. Didn't get a reply from you. And yeah that's just what I am saying, maybe try to improve support a bit. It could be useful for some people who have inquires and wish to get an answer without waiting a long time.
