Service not available in Hong Kong

Hi, I was referred by the Administrator of FileserveBB.

Please refer to the following link about my membership in Fileserve. I am from Hong Kong and registered as a Premium member on Nov 6, 2010 during my vacation in Perth. When I registered, I didn't realize the access from Hong Kong to Fileserve was banned and I did mention I was from Hong Kong in my registration details. I paid for 6 months membership US$34.99 thru PayPal and I already requested a refund via PayPal due to the fact the access to Fileserve from Hong Kong was banned. Please help on getting this matter resolved.

@ bitis: Yes it will be counted.

And no issues on the FTP.

@ ttexta: No, it wouldn't, but it would cause more stress to the people's job of checking and scrutinizing accounts, thus, meaning your transfer may not be accepted as quick as say someone who didn't have any referrals for us to check through.
 
Megaupload to Fileserve doesnt work either. It worked before. I didnt change my pass or anyhting in my account. If my login info was wrong it would of went to failed uploads.
 
Hi Ricky, I use my premium account at my computer and at an RDP, but i never download from both of them same time, i hope i won't get banned..

and i have a question about aletpay, do you send masspayements at wednesdays like webmoney ? Thanks
 
@ tre2k3: You checked if you can login to your MU account? Also you tried the method I wrote on here?

PS. I tested it for the sake of everyone...3 minutes before the file went from pending to the file manager for a 350 MB file.

Yes, we send out payments just like WMZ and Paypal. We were the first host to send out this :)
 
I tried the method and checked my login. Nothing changed, my direct download works. Its not just me as you can see.
Also Im getting a "The file or page you tried to access is no longer accessible." when Im trying to access one of my files. Its not deleted since it was just uploaded and still in my filemanager
 
As for the " file that is no longer accessible" It works now. I guess it was still uploading.
I will try deleting the files in queue and retry megaupload again. Im going try both methods. It should work without me inputting my login info into the url if I put it in the Username: Password: boxes
 
How comes that I tried to transfer money from my earnings account to payout account but now it has been transferring for almost 3 days?
 
Yes I am aware you do that but I wonder why it takes so long? It has always been around 1 day max. It doesn't even really bother me and I don't mind waiting but I just want to get the money on the payout account so I can extend my premium as I have already exceeded the storage limit. Oh well, hope it gets transferred soon. :)

Only 1 day? You have been lucky.
Can take 1-4 days - or something.

And the reason?
Maybe FS sometimes has other things to do than check accounts :)

Do not expect it to be almost instantly.

(I did it bEFORE 11:59PM on Sunday)

How much longer wil it be pending for?

I have something to pay asap.
