Ricky,

I am always having a problem grabbing links using IDM(Internet Download Manager). It works well with all other filehosts like RS,HF etc.

Only when I tried to grab links with IDM from a webpage it shows "Error" beside all the links.Is this a cookie problem. I am already logged into my prem acc.I don't know whats going wrong duh (

@ techdaemon one question to you. Are you never become ill? If stats freeze then think 1st there is something up gradation or might be some problem. So just inform not blame. You never loose when stats freeze then why blame.

i was just politely asking what the reasons for frozen stats could be. im new to fileserve so pls bear with me.

and by the way when it happens, does it happen to all users all at the same time or can it also happen to only some users and and not to everyone?

When stats "freeze" it is usually due to us doing things in the background. Mind you that everything is recorded and no downloads are lost. In fact the people who used to "claim" that they "lost" downloads, sometimes saw an increase on that specific day. Basically a "freeze" doesn't affect you at all, whatsoever. You're still making your money. This "freeze" is for everyone - Not people we "single out" (as some may have thought too (!!))
