You can use download manager. Resuming works too. Try IDM or JDownloader.

On a general note: Why do people complain about stats not updating for an hour or two? This is like the most trivial matter I've seen in this thread :D

@ thierryownz: You'll get them in the next mass-payout. Payouts are between Mon-Wed.

@ ZeroAT & Jueki: Possibly this is due to the "new" servers we got on the last batch. We found out that these weren't setup properly as opposed to what we initially started off with.

@ tehlolkid: You giving people FS links only or HF/FS?

@ rocksterw: Quite common during these hours. As said...It doesn't matter if you have 3000 files queued up that are 3000 mb or 3 mb big. You will get limited slots (meaning you can't hawk all slots if you had uploaded 3000 files) and the remote will start when a slot is available for you. Unfortunately remote upload is a popular activity, even though it was only meant for taking back up of your own files from your own server/hosts, so when these servers are added and we can have more slots available it won't take so "long" anymore.

That being said we will most likely have XX amount of remote upload servers fro free and XX amount for Premiums in the near future. Then the free users can wait longer and Premiums can be having a bit more privilege in moving files.

@ raj1126: I believe techs are still looking into this issue.

Ok I have purchased 3 months premium account lets see tomorrow morning upload speed rocks me or ill be busted again...

I must have to remote during 2am to 10am CET... hope premium users will be preferred..

ricky, is fs planning on organising bonus week/day or something for all the previous delays/speeds/upload problems? that'd be cool
 
@ Yad: 404 happens when the program has a timeout slower than the server can respond - This is the possible explanation of why some files are easier to pull than other. We are fixing this :)

@ thierryownz: Could be considered later next week, when hopefully things such as downloads and uploads are running smooth.


@ all: Heard we just received some new servers and they'll be setup today. Hang in there ppl.

@ all: So we got servers that should be up within the next 8 hours and we got new servers coming in tomorrow morning FS time. The issues of slow uploads and crashes and what not should hopefully be clearing themselves for a smooth weekend.

Please relay this to your affiliates, friends, families, associates, acquaintances etc. :)

Still no luck.

Even if I queue bogus files with bogus RS usernames, they dont even fail.
The remote queue is stuck.

I just tried to 'remote' a copy of Winrar from rarlabs.com and IDM from internetdownloadmanager.com - they just fail.

@Ricky: will u add more upload servers? i get failed uploads a lot throughout the day that too with webuploads...since my script doesnt do ftp/remote up....
 
Strangely i got 3 files from 24 i putted in remote upload "unexpected download error"
Tried thrice and same problem.
I uploaded those 3 files via ftp and they haven't appeared in file manager since 2 hours ago.

Hope new servers will fix this.
How many servers u guys ordered ricky?
 
I m facing Failed uploads while trying to remote upload.
No reason is specified, only shown web in description! What's wrong?
tried to upload 2 movies and failed uploading both. What to do?
