I know you are busy but i hope you can help me out.
I have a premium account which has been getting the landing 7107 problem. I have not been giving my username or password out and my antiviruses say nothing is out of the ordinary. I've changed my passwords a few times but i keep getting suspended. I'm not sure what else is wrong.
My computer broke down and I had to use my account on another computer, as a result my account was deactivated when i used fileserve again on my original computer. Please reactivate my account.

sorry to bother you but i am experiencing problems with my premium FS account since mid november. I have already contacted the support via email and i got a very general answer saying teach support was working on it but still i am not able to download with FS manager nor jdownloader. Furthermore i am not able to download as a premium user from FS website.
Apparently when i log in on FS it appears my account is active and no problem are reported however the account is not working properly.
I hope you can help. I tried to change pw more than once as you suggested but this did not help.

I am using a Laptop to download my files via Fileserve Services. And I bring my Laptop almost everywhere I go. I don't understand why my account was banned. I have never share my account details to anyone. Not even my brothers and my wife.
