That's cause some people got slow net speed or capped speed and they are still downloading the other parts or some are free users so that can only download one part at a time and they have to wait for some time till they can download the other part. There are many more reason =]

yeps infact there has been an improvement with speeds for downloads!and someone or fileserve should bring an application like rum for rs!something like that for fs this will be great for uploaders they will save time and thus more uploads!if u uploading a movie u have to click on several parts rename one by one this sucks!
@ ZeroAT: Correct...Like I said above, sometimes it calculates, sometimes it doesn't. We're looking into fixing this very soon.
@ MUS: Yes, it'd be safe to say 1 file doesn't break it unless u force it down your friend's downloads
@ kenshin: Like the answer to ZeroAT. Also the stats were not delayed. All credited now.
@ Jueki: You need to wait with fresh files. Fresh uploaded files you need to wait 12-24 hours before doing copies of them. We will have this reduced significantly when we come out with our new File Manager.

@ Rhyrok: Possibly the guy went to sleep after waiting for 10 min. in between files

@ all: From the CS emails I've been getting of people not able to download because they need to wait 10 min. Google your IP and read the topics - Usually the ISP sucks and have a transparent proxy for websites like ours due to "child protection act". Mainly this transparent proxy is provided by IWF who's an UK government body and enforces this on several ISPs in UK & Europe. The only way around this for Free users is to purchase a Premium membership.
