Ricky, I am facing some real problems at the moment, with the website. Looks like it's very slow and the stats are frozen. Any news regarding this?

Do you have any limits on the number of times successful download from a single IP with 24hrs? Let's say the same IP completed download 10 files in a day. Do you count that as 10 downloads?

Problems fixed. All runs well now

When all files in a folder are reported and deleted, I didn't know fileserve deleted the folder as well. Even if the sub folders under those folders have files, they are still deleted along with main empty directory. I lost a ton of files this way which were otherwise alive.

Ricky, please don't delete the folders. Its fine as long files are deleted but deleting folders causes all sub folders with files to be removed as well :'(

Yeah mate, I did as it makes it easier to download for those using Jdownloader. I do the same with Hotfile as well but HF never deletes the folder since the folder itself cannot be copyrighted, its the files inside that may be copyrighted. So it makes sense not to delete the folders.

Hey ricky i upload 10 files 2 days ago but i don't have any downloads why?. My files are on katz and on 5 big forum sooo... it's a problem with files statistics

I think the techs are updating the counts from like the 28th of Dec. now or something along those lines when they were "stopped"

No you do not need a special banner or link. As long as the users click on your banner/a text link directing them to fileserve and they purchase (we recommend you direct them to premium upgrade page), you will get the sale. If the user chooses to go to google.com after clicking your banner and then return to fileserve.com afterwards, you lose the sale.
