Frankly speaking, i would enjoy fileserve cutting their Pay Per Sale/ Pay per Download or whatever that plan is, and we would just keep living our lives without kids complaining about fileserve cheating on them, i hope they are cheating, i really am, this starts to get annoying day by day, enjoy this bullshit everyone.
I am currently satisfied with FileServe.
if 100% sure is that a filehost is cheating, WJunction should delete the official support in the board.
It does not matter if a RapidLeech provider, a private user or a large one-click-hoster is cheating. WJunction must assume responsibility towards the members of this famous board.

then is it ok when a user scam in the marketplace here because he sell a illegal blog or website?
or a rapidleech/sborg provider scam on this board, just because i upload illegal files?

You have a fileserve download site on you're signature and tell people to take a job? LMAO.
Now, what you all doing is very dangerous, because you just give a pink slip to cheat.
We all know what we doing here, so please stop with this hypocrite attitude, we all know what we are doing here, even if i advise everybody not satisfied with fileserve to move on to another filehost ( are plenty out there), those words are dangerous.
Anyway, i found something in fileserve TOS:
A few months back they counted and paid every download.
Anyway, i'm sure the download problems and this new rule can explain some things, but i still don't like how some people keep herasing and dissin other just because they have such big love for filesharing like other hypocrite write in fileserve topic and none of them have problems, and fileserve is an angel , a pure angel and everybody who said other way is mentaly sick and should be shot.. LMAO, i won't gonna diss you beucase i will do the same thing as you, everybody have the right to an opinion, no matter how bone headed it is, as long a appropiate langauge and some respect are shown in their messages.
In any ways, we should show some consideration to fileserve BECAUSE:
from the beggining, they always paid.
They ban rarely users and only if they cheat.
They had back in the days best ptu rates, and forced other filehosts to get rid of rankings and low pay rates. I ain't forgot about how i made in one day with fileserve more then in half of month with hotfile when i was a begginer, and nobody told me s*it about ptu.
They had good and friendly user interface, and they always try to improve that.
Fileserve give good speeds for free users and don't have aggresive policy who forced them to buy premium. THAT is what ruins warez and flesharing, this premium beggatons other filehosts ( like rapidshare) have.
I never got a busy server from them, unlike other filehosts.
They have verry rar issues regarding the upload, no hate on filesonic on wupload but they have 10 hours a day program of errors.
So i'm not a fileserve hater, i love fileserve, i wish that out here were many like fileserve, but if me, and other users ask for a serious investigation from their technicians are because WE CARE, if it was just for the money we will stop upload here from serious time, is been months since i earned less on fileserve then others, and still upload here.
Why? Because i'm a money hungry uploader and a kid without a job, as fileserve lovers keep say to everybody who complain.

If i remember correct, this was not there a few months ago, so if they change it then they are fully bullet proof against complains, this way other filehosts mask "dirty jobs" for some time now.

One thing.STFU and be happy with what you earn.If you can prove that hey cheat you you can sue them for false statistics and cheating.Does anyone have PROOF?

so if fileserve is cheating why jus contact fsc owner and ask wat is happening tat will slove the problem crying here wont help
lol I was transloading a 235 MB file but it showed up as 155 MB instead of 235! 
I thought perhaps something is wrong with the plugin so i downloaded the file directly from Fileserve. To my utter surprise even though the page displayed in bold, the size as 235 MB, the file that got downloaded was only 155 MB :/ fml
