This is a new host so not many uploaders use this host where I post

Yet I got too many MAX24_REACHED not paid downloads.

58 download and earned only 0.06 USD today

Uploaded new files today to a different place and the first download from those files is MAX24_REACHED

This is very odd.

My registered account have 2500 MB Traffic available today

Free not registered downloaders have any Traffic limit or download limit?

Or they can download everything with high speed and I earn almost nothing because most of my downloads will be MAX24_REACHED ?

A little update after posting some files and taking some time to inpect what will happen


On the Downloads in progress page you can see who is downloading
from your files (IP, Country, DL speed, Filename)

There was a 923 MB file completely downloaded from the Netherlands

On the report page there is the file but with no country and paid only 0.0020

Netherlands is in Tier1 and 0.02 USD paid for 923 MB file not 0.002 USD

At the time this was the only download on this file.

They give you Tier4 earnings instead of higher Tiers and many MAX24_REACHED

And many countries are put in Tier4 like Chile, Taiwan ...

This is how they can afford 20 and 40 USD / 1000 downloads


Just imagine an uploader with 1000+ MB files and daily 500 downloads
from Tier1 earning 20 USD / day

In your wildest dreams maybe.

P.S.

Again file size 504 MB downloded from the USA earned only 0.002 USD

So this is not some kind of accident or mistake.

We had the same issue. Did you check your account setting it probably set at MIxed instead of 100% PPD

This is a mystery to me too. You literally just launched your service, yet you behave as if you've been in the market for 10 years. User trust has to be earned - especially when you're a new player. But no... The brilliant idea is to hide reports from users, possibly to start cutting rates. The brilliant idea is to count 1 file download per 1 IP. The brilliant idea is to pick fights with users on the forum and say, "use other services if you don't like something". In short, it's one brilliant idea after another so far

Sir, tell me other services.
 
My account set on 100% PPD. So no error from my side.

They got busted with their own tool "Downloads in progress"

Now Downloads in progress is gone, they removed it.

Now on the report page nothing clickable you can't check your stats.

I saw it with my own eyes in real time how Tier1 downloads become Tier4 and MAX24_REACHED

By the way do they count incomplete downloads because files was in progress of downloading
and files were already on the report page with filename, country and earned amount ?
