files deleted from premium account

I'm new in Kingfile - is it routinely as they are deleting non-downloaded files from premium accounts ? The wrote "File never expire after downloads" in premium, but it's a big lie.
I lost hundreds of files in last two days. No money - no servers ? Better drop out from filehoster's scene...

no scam for sure,
its not scam because they pay even late
but very bad support
not doing his promises
late payments
i think there are many other fileshosts on this market
so no need to get risk
kingfiles must improve his host for sure.

same happend with me on many big sites.. :/

maybe they are out of storage, but kingfile PPD is relatively low
