I think your referral have to earn 250+$ in a MONTH so that you get 25%. They just didn't make it clear (or don't want to, like filesonic's PPS-fixed plan).
Sorry, the rules clearly tell that a referral's MONTHLY revenue should be taken into consideration, not all revenue since registration. We do not hide anything.

Details of our refferal program
Gather your referral link codes and add them in your forum signatures, profiles, etc. Why? Because when you refer other webmasters to join FilePost, you'll receive up to 25% of all revenue they get! This, of course, means that you can receive extra money simply by inviting your friends and other webmasters to work with us through advertisements!
The base rate for each new referral is 15%, but it will be automatically raised to 20% once your referral earns only $50 per month! In the same way the rate will be raised to 25% once your referral's monthly income reaches $250.

You should change it to 'Referral's Revenue per Month' in the table, should be clearer and less confusing.

But not everyone will see the details so closely it is better they put 'per Month' in the table.

Downloads from premium users are calculated as one download per each unique IP for every 24 hours. In other words, two different downloads with the same IP will be counted as one qualified downloads in this case.
Could you please describe the question in more details? What exactly happens with the file name in JD?

Thank you. I can finally start posting my links tomorrow. I hope ftp speed can improve: I'm currently using RU since ftp speed sucks for me. RU works fairly well btw (with some errors if too many links (usually more than 5) are added at the same time

Where do you upload files from and to EU or US? What is the speed?
