We will consider changes in the country groups later, they will change depending on the results.
I believe you mean upload by ftp. Yep, it is possible to set up your ftp account credentials in TC and use it for uploading.

Admin, please resolve the FTp problem as it disconnected from the server frequently and the files are getting deleted after uploading , can you please look into this issue , I have already complained on this and the issue was not resolved till now.

As for your previous request - I actually replied to you in this thread that those removals happened before our official service launch. There were some issues with ftp that were fixed before the launch.
As for the current situation - I can see that four files were removed manually today, so could you please let me know the following details:
- what ftp client do you use?
- What are the steps you take (one by one please) - that would help us to make investigation. Do old files disappear right after you upload new ones?
I am trying to understand why such things happen with your account since we have not received similar complaints. Thanks for the information in advance!

I think they should make 40$ for 1K download!
I want to use my account but my problem is my downloaders don't know this filehost! maybe it should take one more month to get then familiar!
