It was out of our hands. The bank is going to investigate a complaint and respond by Monday-Tuesday

And if everyone's hitting the same server...... well, you know bad that is. Especially on a weekend.

1 server is good enough to handle all the traffic with 6G HDDs but sometimes it can reach a point where it is almost full and speeds will decrease so when that happens we change it to other server. I have enabled another server that is doing good. If you are using FTP...using FTP2.

Not using FTP.

Was using direct upload/browser upload, and only 1 server was available. I went to check remote upload, same thing, hit the same server....

Apparently 1 server was not enough to handle everything. ;)


Seems like you need to have more servers active at all times, or everything goes south. :)
 
Uploads impossible again. :( :(

Only hiting 1 server (http://storage4.fileparadox.in/) and everything's stuck. Not moving past 1%.


Not using FTP, using direct upload; but I've tested direct upload, remote, etc... result is the same for all methods.


You need to put more active servers.
Clearly, having only 1 or 2 is not enough for the incoming traffic, especially on weekends.


Please activate more server for uploads, and don't mix them up with the FTP servers.

Currently it's impossible to upload. Small or big files. Nothing's going through. :( :(
