Hello,
I sent you email. I have a bad experience with fileparadox.
The name of my account on fileparadox is "exponto".

When I collected $ 31 on fileparadox I noticed that someone had sent money to paypal, Paypal account that is not mine.
I immediately contacted you regarding this problem and you said that you will stop the transaction of money. After one day of that moment you are banned my fileparadox account. Why did you do it? I ask you to give me back my account with $ 31

Hello,

You were sent a reply about your compromised account in which I stated that I can help you but you failed to reply back.
Next day, you login with Multiple IPs - about 4+ that resulted in banning of your account. Please clarify why so many IPs were used on your account?

I would not know why 4 + IP addresses they loging to my account because I have a static IP address.
I have a lot of accounts at various Filehosting website and never once had this problem. I wonder why "they" did not hack other filehosting account and just hack me when it's time payments on fileparadox and other Filehosting nobody touches. A little strange!

I wonder what should I do to restore my account with 31 $.

First - The strangest thing here is that you are accusing us of doing something to your account for only $31.
We have already paid our affiliates about $100-200 and they have already posted their screenshots here for confirmation.

Second - We have already provided you guys with Security Lock and IP restriction feature to protect your account but seems you failed to use any of them. I mean - how many more features you need to secure your account?
Well - Good news for you - I have one more feature planned for that and will get it applied in 3-4 days.

Now, to restore your account - I will unban you and you need to change the password and then apply security lock so some other user doesn't do anything to your account without the email id you have in it.

When will you unbanned my account ?

Hi,

Sorry about that - I had read your PM but forgot to reply as was busy working on getting the new gateway.
I didn't manually delete it. The system automatically does that after seeing the status of the links/accounts.
