Yes Fileparadox provides great support . Very Supportive Guy . The unique features of this host are Damn Fast upload speeds (30mbps+) and multiple options for buying premium . i started using them a week ago and getting good response ... keep it up Fileparadox !

We have processed all Webmoney payout requests for this month.
Will start working on sending PayPal payouts soon.

We have MPS - 65% initial sale + rebills.

We also have an Elite MPS (ELT) - that is for users that bring more than 20 sales per month.

You can request payout anytime. If we are able to gather some funds - we will send the payment before the due time.

The due time to pay for this month's request is 10th July - but we have already paid Webmoney requests before time. :)

We have already started processing PayPal payout requests.

We will add the "rename multiple files at once".

We have the "add description" option - in the "Edit" file page. In the "My files" table..please scroll to the right end corner of any file and you will see an icon - "white notepad with pen". Please click on it to Edit.

We had done a maintenance on the torrent leech server. Seems it was during that time the torrents didn't initiate. Please remove them and add them again - I assume they are public torrents..and not from private trackers.

Technically we are paying twice a month. If the cash flow increases or you bring in more sales - we can definitely pay you twice a month.

We have fixed the "Premium Only" and "File size limiting" features so you can set them according to your liking to increase sales.

So many users are using torrent leech now that it is impossible to have 5 torrents working for all of them.

To stop this from happening - May have to reduce simultaneous torrent downloads to 2 at a time. If you are happy with that - I can do it. That should ensure nice torrent leeching.
I will get it checked by the coders too to figure out the issue at hand.

Thanks for the reply FP,

What is that Elite MPS please do PM me with the information. Also I can bring in 20 sales. Also please do add the option to add "password multiple files at once" because I have plenty of files coming through. I can see the description but like i already asked i want that option if i select multiple files.

Basically I need the multiple selection option for Password, Rename and Description. I suppose it can be done at once.
