Announcement:
Recently, we have noticed spamming of free users without any sales and bypassing the download quota and wait time by changing IP addresses - especially from Taiwan. We regret to announce the reduction in speed as follows:
The Download speed for anonymous user is 100 KB/s and wait between each download is 30 minutes.
The Download speed for registered user is 125 KB/s and wait between each download is 15 minutes.

Banning Taiwan IPs is somewhat of a solution but this has been going from India and few other countries too. We cannot ban every country like that.
We have been in this business since October and have had the free speeds from 150-300 KB/s. It is high time we reduced it to accommodate the Premium users with stable High speeds.
We have torrent leech, rar management and remote uploading from other high traffic websites going on - all these take up system resources. To balance it up - we had to take these steps. I hope you will understand.

i know your system is more stable now, so please analyse and decide fixed ppd chart.

also under the ppd chart please post the official free user download speed (registered/non-registered) because you're changing that speed too, so more guys will ask you everyday.
