yes, i lost sales in past days. filegrasper said will update sales for us. but he didn't do that till now.

The single missed sale will be added to your account in next 24 hours as money. And that's not becoz of gateway.

i don't know if there was only a single missed sale. if that was really only single sale. i don't care it.
the problem is i got good sales in May, but sales dropped half in June.

Not having any problems here, I've been able to access it in chrome all day via http:// (tcp port 80)...

I did have problems a couple days ago as the site had a WSoD, but that went away within an hour or so...

I ain't got no sale and no download for more than 24 hours, stats went totally down on 4 july evening, please tell me that you will update stats and that there is effectivly a bug, because now i am worry.

I am on PPD so i don't care about Download count but the probleme is that i have 0 Download for + 24 Hours, i just join your service and got sales only after 2 days so i know how to get Download and sales, my point is that there is definitly a probleme with my account 0 download is simply impossible.

I hope you'll clarify what happen and tell me that there will be and update

Being on PPD, you should care about downloads... :rofl:

Other than that, 24hrs? I didn't get any downloads - downloads! - for 3 days!

I won't even speak about sales... apparently only people recycling scene releases and/or porn own those.

Guys are you sure your files are getting download ?

If so how ? Please don't make false conclusion .

Do this test and then report back. Download a file of yours as guest from some other ip and wait two min and check and then report back if the count not works.
