because only thing lag in your site is weekly payout, now you added that (atleast partially), any promotion or contests for users..??

And also by this week we are adding fair usage policy which means any users who are occupying more than 1tb of datas and even if they are premium their files will be deleted if they are not active for last 90 days. Only whitelisted users will have their files stored lifelong.

Mine was getting deleted in huge batch even before you implement this, and I'm premium user.

How do you see details of your download? Mine is always empty.

We daily delete reported files.

And just click on details and make sure you were on PPD to see detailed stats.

minimum upload speed for me is 80 mbps (that cross 100 mbps mostly), speed is not an issue in fileOM.
