Why do not you reply on anyone comlainning from long pending time ?

I am processing each week , one more batch to go for this thursday. We are now sending payments every thursday. Started with pending payments and it will keep going on each week.

But the problem is not that. I have money in my account but the option "extend premium account" no appears.


Even the option to request payment not appears.
