FTP is fixed now. I just used the wrong setting thats the reason. All thing will be fixed soon , we now have some huge uploaders back.
Site will be gone to maintenance mode. ETA for maintenance is less than 2 hours.

Yes it is unless you abuse the system as backup. And sorry for inconvenience , we are working on machine full time. So there will be problem untill everything done.
