Filemon, congratulations for the successful streaming you are having, I would like if any of your support could help me with my account.

I understand earlier you replied that you do not change your email address,

Will you allow me to change my email without having to have some verification code that you send to the emails?

When I try to change my email it asks me to verify the message, but due to the loss of the email I can't. It is an account that I used for almost 2 years, I have been trying very hard,

Please be kind, I can verify that this is my account, and I am very sad to lose an account that I have been using for a long time.

Can you fix the thumbnail url . On Api video lists . Because there are so many that are gray and do not display . Images . That makes my viewers bored and do not watch . You can check my web

Anyone else getting videos deleted for no reason? They appear in the "removed files section" but I haven't deleted them and they haven't been DMCAd

I thought it was unlimited storage time so there is no reason why they should be getting removed.

If file is broken in encoding it gets deleted by our system.

Unlucky you were uploading to server which had maintenance ongoing.

File can also broke itself year later during multiple background transfers between clusters or even after raid rebuild due to disk failure.
