Sorry bud we don't limit upload speed. Suggestion from me is that you verify if your disk is capable to pull exact same amounts as your internet speed. That's most common issue with upload speed.

pretty sure my computer wasnt made in 1992 or before and my internet speed is faster than what it uploads at. it happens in both the web upload and the zoom upload.

judging by the likes on my post it is not just a me issue.

Bro mean that 3MB/S Upload limit that we all have as a free user. And if you upload like 3,4,5,6 files simultaneous that 3MB/s will split to every uploaded file and will remain like 500kb/s per file, that's a lot on waiting time to upload content.

It is really a little low compared to the competitors where you get 10MB/s or even more for free!

I really like FileMoon excepting 2 things, low upload rate for free user (this way they sell their premium user but is forcing us the free users to upload low quality videos, they know what i mean) and the upload of subtitles. Uploading a subtitle is a pain, need to retry sometime for like 10 times to reupload to get the subtitle uploaded, to many errors on upload.

Its a shame but we are just users, use it or leave it....

Videos often take up to 5 or 10 seconds to start playing, this causes misunderstandings for customers as they think the video will not play and leave, you and I both lose income, when I use the device. Your host is the main player, hopefully improving the playback start time faster

if i could get 3mb/sec that would be great, im limited to 2mb for some reason and nowhere does it state what speed the upload is. all it states on the premium page is "Priority Upload"

We don't charge network fees. We have fixed commision for all payment methods. Fee is charged by exchanger. 3$ for payments under 50$ and 7$ for payments above 50$.

You can easily eliminate that commission in TRC20 network.
Just create cold wallet mobile app or chrome extension.
You send TRX that you leave frozen for power and bandwidth.
To that account you send the TRX and USDT for payments and you have $0 commission, you would save $3-7 per payment.
And their exchange has excessive commissions.

Once again. Filemoon doesn't charge any fees. Fees are being charged by EXCHANGER who is doing the payouts for us. Filemoon doesn't own any paypal or cryptocurrency wallet. We pay via wire for services of exchanger which charges the fees.

That exchanger has very high rates.

What rate is there for the rest of the accepted payments?
